The university was founded in 1996 and the college in 2010. State license of the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Armenia N LX-0034 (unlimited), State License N4-XX-000051 (unlimited) issued by the RA Ministry of Health.

The educational process at the college is carried out in accordance with international standards and programs.

Clinical training in plastic surgery is organized at the Abovyan medical complex, the maternity hospital, pharmacists are trained at the Abovyan pharmaceutical company LLC "Arpimed".
College applicants with a 9-year education also continue their education with a basic secondary education, receive a certificate of 12th grade, as well as a professional diploma.
The college guarantees quality education and also organizes computer training. The college has classrooms, laboratories equipped with didactic materials and equipment, a large library with a rich educational literature.
Classes are held in college, practical classes are held in the city hospital, clinics, maternity hospital.
Entry documents at the first stage are accepted until August 25.
Entry documents for the second stage are accepted until September 20.
